DOES ANYONE HAVE ANY INFO ABOUT THE ABOVE AFRICAN AMERICAN/NATIVE SURNAME?
Family lore tells that WE were FPOC coming from England as indentured servants.
I have found nothing that would substantiate that, but what I DO find are many who may be related.
In 11yrs of research, I have yet to receive any info which helps to develop my family history, which I think may have VA origins.
Please contact me if you have info that may be of help.
I am especially interested in the 1783 migration from VA to Nova Scotia and Black Loyalist history.
