I have Matthew Russell b.1767 in Augusta,Va. and died in Blount County Tenn. in 1831.I have the daughter of Matthew Russell as Cynthia Russell who married Thomas Berry in Blount County,Tenn. Aug.28,1821. Cynthia was born 1803. Who were the parents of this Matthew Russell? Glynda
