I am hoping that some Virginia researcher can answer a question that I have not come across.
When the Patentee receives land for importing a certain number of people, do these "importees" live on the property that was patented or WHAT?
I have been trying to find certain importees near where the patentee had the land, but seem to be missing some important piece of information. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
