Looking for Ancestors of Andrew Jackson Berry born 1817 in VA and died in 1879 in Pauls Valley.
He married his 2nd wife, Sarah Ellen York They were married in 1840.
Some of Andrew Jackson and Sarah's children were Margaret Ann Berry Bates, Benjamin Franklin Berry, Francis Marion Berry, Andrew Jackson Berry II, Eli Berry, Amanda Berry.
Andrew Jackson Berry had 12 children all together both marriages combined, I believe. I cannot determine who Andrew Jackson Berry's Parents were. He wrote in his is memoirs that his parents lived in Virginia and he headed west as a young man and never saw his parents again.
We believe that Sarah Ellen York is the daughter of Jesse York born 2-5-1797 Randolph NC.
We also don't know who our Andrew Jackson Berry's first wife was. We believe their children were James Berry, William Henson Berry, Solomon Berry.
Any info regarding my Berry lines would be greatly appriciated. Thanks in advance and Happy New Year to all searching
