I am researching the Knott Family and have just come across your posting re. Allgood. Here is what I show taken from a book entitled "Reading Backwards on my Knott Heritage". pg. 272 - Malissa A.E. Knott b. Feb. 6, 1855 in Person Co., married Sept. 8 1874 to John Allgood. That's the only Allgood I show in my researches. Let me know if you need anything further or have more names that connect.
