The William Rogers who lived in lunenburg county, Virginia was married to Lecia or Cesia Unknown. Many believe she was a lawson because William Rogers leaves 100 Acres to Bartlett Lawson in his Will. William's son's were David Clement George and William. William Rogers is on the 1748 Lunenburg County, Virginia Tithe list with Robert McAndrows/Adrews. There was a large population of Andrews in Lunenburg. Lecia may have been an Andrews. They paid 2 tithes.
