I am confident he was there for his lifetime, I got his will died 1814 and will of his wife (Susannah)died 1819, off of Ancestry where he lists his children. I did see listings of Tithes with his name from 1748 and up. Same James? So I guess a starting point would be the James ANderson there....I did see a couple of research areas that listed him as James Sr. and a son James Jr. His will lists a son James.

At this point, I'm not sure of anything other than the wills...
