Searching for the grave of:
John James Coleman,
Genealogy: Born- May 21, 1844, at Jerdone Castle, Louisa County, Va.
Father- Clayton Glanville Coleman;
Mother- Sarah Jerdone Coleman.
Pat. Grandfather- William Burwell Coleman;
Pat. Grandmother- Maria Baptist.
Mat. Grandfather- Francis Jerdone;
Mat. Grandmother- Mary Byars.
VMI Class of 1867: New Market Cadet Corps; Private, Co. D.
Never married, no children.
Career: Farmer & Magistrate in Louisa County
Died- August 11, 1914, in Williamsburg, Va.

Have checked Williamsburg, but have found nothing on him there. It is possible that he is in the family cemetery where his mother is buried at Jerdone Castle in Louisa County or elsewhere in Louisa County.
