This is a new name for me. I just recently learned that this William Cooper was in the family. William moved to Gerrard County, Kentucky, around 1800. From there, I do not know what happened to this family for sure. I understand there may have been several different Cooper families in that part of Virginia in this era. Keep watching my posts as I will post new queries as I learn more information on my family. Have you checked into the Coopers of Kentucky as there was lots of migration from Virginia?
