Even though you have the Fairfax library near you, you still may want to try the Thomas Balch Genealogy Library in Leesburg, VA. They have extensive information on Loudoun that you may not find there in Fairfax . . . especially if you are looking for information based in or around Middleburg. Also too, the Loudoun County courthouse is another great place and it too is in Leesburg - both on Rt. 7.
