No Neal Morris mentioned. It is possible that marriage occurred in the township not covered by the book. I did check for her married name, Elizabeth Morris, and the only listing is for a girl married in 1837, daughter of Mahlon Morris.

But there are a number of mentions of Thomas Russell. In 1809, Ruth Russell m. William Clendening. Sec. Thomas Russell. William Russell, girl's father, consented. Wit: Henry Russell. [wording is per the book]

Amanda Russell m. Martin Yeaca in 1836. "Sec. Thomas Russell, father of girl."

Ruth Russell m. Presley Hamilton in 1842. "Sec. Thomas Russell, father of girl, test. ages."
