I too, made a trip to Leesburg, courthouse
I was also led to the basement for research
I found some of my family members,but not much,I am searching for family that lived, Loudoun, Prince William,Fauquier counties in Virginia. The families that I am researching is Fisher,Queen, Scott, Whitney,(black). If anyone come across these names please contact me.(Middleburg, Haymarket, Aldie, Manassas) is where the majority of them lived in 1800's. Thank-you
