I noticed there were no responses, so I believe Susannah must not have found anything. So I looked in the Loudoun Co. marriage bond book and found the following:

Bond for Joseph Timms and Amelia Presgraves on January 21, 1799. Notes says "both of Cameron Parish". James Giles testified the bride was 21.

Bond for John Timms and Elizabeth Emory on December 14, 1833. Sec. by Jacob Arnold
