Samuel Peugh/Pugh/Pew 1700's

Help me sort out the Samuel Peugh/Pugh/Pew's in Loudoun county the last thiry years or so of the 1700's. There seem to be at least three different men named Samuel Peugh, not counting the son of Spencer Peugh who was born in 1773. One of these Samuel's I believe is Spencer Peugh's brother. I need to know which one. One Samuel lived next door to Spencer. The deeds show their lines connecting. One Samuel was married to a Charity who went to court to claim her dower rights so that Samuel died before 1782. The one next to Spencer was still there in the 1786 tax rolls. Another Samuel was the husband of Ury Marks and they had a daughter Susannah who married Jonah Peugh. I need to know if Jonah was Spencers son. This Samuel was neither of the other two as far as I can tell. One of the Samuels signed a petition to support their brothers in the northern states during the upcoming conflict with the King before the Revolutionary War...which one? There are too many Samuel Peugh's in Loudoun County. Help!
