Hi Harry,
This has nothing to do with the Samuels family but saw your name and wondered if you were by any chance distantly related to any of the Pontius's from Idaho, Oregon or Washington States? I am the ggrandaughter of Amos & Margretta Hope Grim who had Daniel Grim who had eight children, one Martha married Daniel Pontius. There was a daughter Esther Marie Pontius, a missionary to Peru with whom my Mother corresponded until 1986. Have been trying to find what happened to her and her family.
Thanks for reading this. If you have information please email me. Elaine
