Joe, The only Rachel Davis, sister of Howell, in your note had to be the one b. 1762, since her parents were married in 1751.
It is doubtful that Howell had a Warner grandchild - his sons would have had Davis children, Hannah married a White, Mary and Sarah married Tavenners, Nancy married an Everitt, Lucinda and Amanda were unmarried when Howell wrote his Will,so unless there was a provision for them if and when they did marry, there were no Warners in the mix.
By the way, thanks for the clue to Benjamin Davis' Will.
