Of Loudoun Co., that migrated from St Marys,Charles and Talbot Co.,s MD,time frame 1650 to 1780. http://www.geocities.com/~elginsite/,also,http://www.uftree.com/UFT/WebPages/BettyFrain/DULINWP/index.htm and http://www.ctaz.com/~sdulin/, this Elgin family was in the same places as Dulin, Charles Co., MD,Talbot and across the line in Loudoun, from which they spread over the county.
