Thank you for your help Pat! You are a dear! And yes they tie to Loudoun County. William Halley whose will was in the part of Loudoun that was at one time Fairfax m. Bathsheba Hutchison of Loudoun Co. He d. c. 1829. He left his farm equally divided between his sons Jeremiah (he d. at Centreville at a ripe old age) and William Halley/Hawley who m. Nancy H. and migratred to Lewis Co., Ky. He was still alive at 83 and she at 79. I suspect she might be a Hutchison. I have the research documented by Louisa but I have not been able to place Nancy. In fact I have most of the Hutchison lineage except Jeremiah Hutchison who m. May Ann, maiden unknown. She was at one time in Fluvannah, Pittsylvania and then back in Loudoun. In the 1850 Lewis Co., Census of Ky. the one I am seeking maiden for is Nancy H. Hawley age 47 female b. Va. I am getting close to wrapping this up for the publisher and trying to tie in loose ends. I appreciate your help.
Thanks! Laura
