CHINN and SMITHEMAN families

Charles, Elijah, and Christopher CHINN were the sons of Rawleigh CHINN and Margaret BALL. They each got 500 acres of land from their father who died in 1741. Does anyone have deeds or other information showing where their land was located in Loudoun and Fauquier Counties, Virginia? It was in the Middleburg area, but I would like to find creeks or roads or some other kind of landmark that would help me to identify it.

Records of Loudoun County, Virginia show that my ancestor, Samuel SMITHEMAN, had a connection to the CHINN family. On the 1758 tithable list, Sam’l SMITHEMAN lived close to Elijah and Charles CHINN. In 1759, Charles CHINN paid the tithe for Sam’l SMITHEMAN and two slaves. One book says that he worked as an overseer for the CHINN family. The will of Elijah CHINN in 1771 gave 400 acres to Rawleigh CHINN and 350 acres to Christopher CHINN, “including the plantation where Samuel SMITHERMAN now lives”. My ancestor rented land from Elijah CHINN, that part of his land which he willed to his son Christopher. In 1784, Christopher CHINN sold land in Loudoun and Fauquier Counties, Virginia.

I would like to find out the location of this land, so I can find the location of the land which my ancestor rented from the CHINN family.
