Andrew Heath first appears in Abstracts of Loudoun Tithables by Sparacio:

Heath, Andrew - 1 tithable; 5 squirrel scalps List taken for Cameron Parish by William Carr 10 June 1770

The name was often spelled HETH in the land deed books.
