Birth registration was not required in Virginia until 1853. Church records that early are scarce in Loudoun. "Early Church Records of Loudoun 1745-1800" by Hiatt shows no birth entry for a Sarah Reeder. This book contains Quaker, Lutheran and a few small Baptist church records.
