Hi Trish. I have pretty complete Lee Co., Va. records, but I did not find any information on Jincy Moore. (The last Indian raid and massacre of settlers in the Lee and Scott Co., Va. area ended April 9, 1794 when Chief Benge and other Indians were killed by the Militia. It was esimated that Benge had killed 40-50 settlers. Benge, scalp was sent to Richmond, Va., and Capt. Vincent Hobbs, Jr. was awarded a silver plated rifle by the state.
