I'm still trying to figure out how this board works. I posted this message on the board then realized that it can be posted as a specific reply. I'm hoping your offer to do marriage and will look ups is still good...
There is a Rachel Roberts on the 1830 Census of Lee County. She has 3 small children. I suspect her husband or maybe even a father in law was deceased at the time of the 1830 Census. I'm trying to find out if she and the children were named in a Roberts will between 1825 and 1830. Is there a date for her marriage to Mr. Roberts? I also suspect she remarried to Morman Lawson before heading to TN. On the 1850 TN Census Morman is listed with his wife "Rachel". The married Roberts children are living nearby and Morman/Rachel have several children born after 1835.
