I know what you feel about getting a copy of that book. What is really bad is being part of the family (but not that part that wrote it) and not being able to get my hands on one for my own. The only thing that I have even been able to do is go to the libary and copy pages that I need.
Maybe if we both live long enough we can find one somewhere and hope that they don't know what they have and we can get it at a decent price. Notice I said maybe !!
