Good news! I found your Granddad and Grandmother listed in "Tombstone Inscriptions of Lee Co.,Va" book:
William Neill
October 20, 1753
May 14, 1824

Bathsheba Neil ( sp. with only one "l")
November 6, 1763
May 29,1821

They are buried in the Flanary Cementery, West of Jonesville, that is how the cementery is listed, there are other Flanary
Cementeries, mostly with Flanary family names.

Arthur Neill is not listed in this book or another Cementery Book of Lee Co.

However in the Early Settler's of Lee County there is a couple page history of your
family, I am e-mailing a copy of it to you personally. According to this source Arthur
moved to Calloway County, Missouri. There is mention of Arthur Neill, Sr., also Arthur Neill and his wife Rhoda,(not sure if this A. Senior or not), apparently Arthur Neill,Sr. is William's brother. William came fron Maryland and served as a captain in the Revolutionary War. Bathsheba's maiden name was Harrison, and according to the book, her father was Jeremiah Harrison. I'm giving you some of the extra info incase my email doesn't go through at first. Let me know if you don't get it within the next couple of days. Sorry it's taken me so long to get back to you, but today was the first chance I've had to go to the library, I found very little for me this time, but was delighted that I came back with a "Find" for you. Regina

P.S. The Arthur that moved to MO is William's
