There is also a very good book on the Penningtons and other families they married in a book written by a descendant of the Muncys. It is called "The Early Settlers of Lee County and Adjacent Counties" by Ann Landingham. You can only access through the library as a reference book. I found Vol. 1 a bit much for me, buy Vol 2. is very informative on the families. You might check with your library to see if they have a copy. It might add some dates, etc. that might be missing. One of the persons that replied does have a lot of information also, good luck. I have a little but not as much as the descendant of the Penningtons.
