Hi Sue. I do not have any Lee Co., Va Obits; only census, marriage, cemetery and genealogy books records, and I can seach on the LDS Family Search online (Morman Archives). A search of all of these records found only the cemetery record: for Joseph Haynes; b. 8 Apr. 1890, (Place unknown), died in LeeCo., VA 27 Dec. 1954. He is buried in the Pennington Memorial Cemetery; Directions: At the US-421 red light in East Pennington Gap, VA, turn left on Us-421 for about 6.2 miles. The cemetery is on the left side of the road, overlooking the "421 Market". Ed Cress, Lee Co., VA genealogical researcher.
