Terrance. I appreciate your reply since I made an error In replying to the wrong person.
I feel more strongly that this could be what my grandfather was talking about except that he said the doctor or family members was starving them to death by feeding them rice water, something of that nature and that he and a brother(I can't recall a name) ate some green apples, which led me to believe that It was spring or early summer.
Would you be kind enough to tell me, where in Lee county,Is Turkey Cove region of the Yokum Station district Is? the maps I've requested doesn't show this area.
