I am researching my GGrandfather, Hugh Franklin Smallwood. I wondered if there are any obits available for Jonesville when he died, 10/2/1919. I am trying to locate descendants and thought it might list relatives. Are there county marriage, birth and death records available there? How much do you charge? Thank you for any help you might give. <don@spencerfolk.com>
