James Jennings War of 1812

I'm looking for information on a James Jennings who died in the war of 1812:

The file was Entry 837, page 115, Volume 13, year 1812. The heading on the
left side of the document says "Records of Men Enlisting in the US Army".
On the right side heading it says, "Prior to the Peace Establishment, May
17, 1815".

Here are the columns and information entered for James Jennings:
1, Name--Jennings, James
2, Rank--Pvt.
3, Regiment--12th US Infantry
4, Company Commander--Lt. R. Houston
5, Height--6' 2 1/4" (that's 2.25 inches)
6. Eyes--Gray
7. Hair--Dark
8. Complexion--Dark
9. Age--33
10. Occupation--Farmer
11. Where born--Hanover, VA (just north of Richmond)
12. When enlisted--September 16, 1814
13. Where enlisted--Lee C. H. (I assume this is Lee Court House-but don't
know where that is)
14. Enlisted by Whom--Lt. Turner
15. Period--5 years
16. Remarks--D. R. Feb. 16, 1815, present. I. R. of Capt. Charles Page's
Co. Carlisle Barracks, April 3, 1815, present. Died May 26, 1815. See
Pension Case.
