Hi Richard. Unfortunately, the Lee Co., VA. marriage records are missing from Jan. 1836 to Jul. 1849. (Apparently someone stole them from the courthouse and they were never returned). The approximate marrige dates of the Sally widows would be 1 -2 years before the birth year of the oodest child. (In those days couples usually started having children shortly after marriage) I did not find Lee Co., Va. marriage records for any Sally husbands of the widows. The only marriage found was: Edy Sally, 38, b. ca 1820, Lee Co., VA., dau./o John and Nancy Sally, married 21 FEb. 1858 to Michael McKinney, 68, b. ca. 1790 Pa. Ed Cress, Oak Ridge, Tn, Lee Co., Va. genealogist & Corresponding Secreary, Lee Co. Historical and Genealogical Society.
