Flossie (Phipps) Seabolt Fleenor Fleenor

Seeking any information about my great-grandmother, Flossie Phipps, born abt 1908 to William Phipps and Mattie Travis. Mattie died before 1914, when there is a marriage record for widower William Phipps and widow Mary (Fisher) Huff.

My grandmother was born Sept 1926 in Rose Hill, Lee Co., Virginia, to Flossie Phipps and Thurman Seabolt (son of John Seabolt and Nancy Lee Scott). According to my grandmother's birth certificate, Flossie and Thurman were married at the time (Sept 1926).

In the 1920 Census, the John Seabolt family is in Rose Hill, but by the 1930 Census, the John Seabolt family was in Hancock County, Tennessee. There was a problem with this particular portion of the census. For this family, it starts at the top of the page with John Seabolt's youngest children, as if the previous page, listing adults in the household, is missing. Anyway, I have a feeling my grandmother and her father Thurman were living with Thurman's parents in the 1930 Census. Flossie Phipps is listed as single, living with her father in Dryden Town, Lee County.

So, it makes me wonder, were Thurman Seabolt and Flossie Phipps ever married?

Some time ago, I saw a page on the internet that listed Flossie Phipps as having married Everett Fleenor, then after his passing, married his brother, Eldon Fleenor, both sons of Littleton Fleenor and Josephine Smith. Can anyone share any information about this?

Thank you so much!
