zHi Phyllis. From he Early Setles of Lee Co., Va.: John Creech, b. NC, had a son. Elijah Creech, b. 1779, NC., d, 1 Jun. 1854, Lee Co., Va. He married 2nd Nancy Wells, b. 1806, dau./o William T. Wells and Susannah Ward. Nancy Wells Creech, widowed, married 2nd, 22 Apr. 1856, William Brewster, wid., b. 1802, Russell, son of S. Brewster. William T. Wells was the son of Zachariah Wells, b. 1746, MD, d. 1826, Lee Co., Va., and Elizabeth Osborne, b. ca. 1850, Va. I did an LDS Family Search online, Ky for Sarah Malinda Brewster and John Wesley Cope in 1840. No marriage record, or parents wee found. Ed Cress, Oak Ridge, Tn., Corresponding Secretary, Le Co., Va.
