I didn't see a will for John or Sarah in the above book.

Page 10 - Will of Nathaniel Burwell written 13 May 1784 witnessed by Jno M. Smith

Page 12 - Will of Augustine Carter written 22 Oct 1811 mentions..."debts due from John M. Smith"...

Page 14 - Will of Joseph Chinn of Christ Church Parish written 7 May 1799 mentions brother John Yates Chinn and sisters Pricilla Downman, Sarah Y. Smith and Elizabeth Nutt. Witnessed by John M. Smith
