No, the William who died in 1728 was the son and oldest child of William and Elizabeth (Dale) Rogers.
Using the Carter prayer book, another child has been added to the proven list of William and Elizabeth's children: Catherine Rogers, who married Peter Carter (son of Thomas and Katherine)in 1712.
Richard Rogers was actually the son of John and Ellen Rogers, and therefore the brother of William who married Elizabeth Dale.
So that just leaves Sarah, Robert, Thomas and Elizabeth unaccounted for of the unproven chidlren.
