Does anyone have any information on MARGARET CHILTON who is listed in the 1718 Lancaster Co VA will of STEPHEN CHILTON? Does anyone know who she married?
1718 will of STEPHEN CHILTON shows sons William, Charles, George, Benoni & Andrew, and daughter MARGARET.
1726 will for GEORGE CHILTON shows him leaving his estate to several nephews, and his wife & her daughter from previous marriage to a Purcell, but no issue of his own. The will was witnessed by my ancestors JOHN & MARGARET MILLER.
The 1732 will of BENONI MILLER was witnessed by WILLIAM MILLER, son of JOHN & MARGARET MILLER, and also my ancestor.
I am wondering if MARGARET CHILTON, daughter of STEPHEN CHILTON of Lancaster Co VA, married JOHN MILLER, son of RANDOLPH MILLER of Lancaster Co VA. They would have been married around 1704-5.
