Patrick Miller b abt 1620s land grants Lancaster Co VA 1653-67

Does anyone have any information on PATRICK MILLER who would have been born about 1620s, and who received land grants in Lancaster Co VA? I found these grants on the Library of VA website

1653 Lancaster Co VA Patrick Miller, 150 acres on south side Rappahonack River, bounded on NW by creek which divided his land from George Wading's.

1663 Lancaster Co VA Patrick Miller 400 acres south side Rappahonack River, adjoing Nicholas Dale

1667 Lancaster Co VA 1000 acres land on South side Rappahonack River, adjoining James Bonner

1667 Lancaster Co VA 120 acres adjoining Wm Brocas & Wallerton?

I am wondering if PATRICK MILLER is somehow related to my ancestor RANDOLPH K. MILLER, who was born abt 1650 Lancaster Co VA.

I have found some indication of a PATRICK MILLER in Middlesex Co VA, but since Middlesex Co was formed after Lancaster Co, not sure what to think.

Any help or comments greatly appreciated.
