Neale, Dugar, Willeroy, Smith

Am seeking any information to determine any relationship among the following people listed in this transaction:

3 Feb 1801. "John Turner Neale to Reubin Dugar,a certain piece or parcel of land which was left to the sd John Neale by his father, William Neale, dec'd., containing 47 acres. Wits: James Lipscomb, W. W. Cunningham, James Smith & Richard Willeroy."

Robert Dugar assigned his bounty land to a David L. Smith and there is a tradition that Reubin Dugar's wife was a Willeroy. Any help will be greatly appreciated. The Willeroy family is just about as scarce as the Dugar family.
