Have you checked the DAR registry to see if anyone has joined on Smith Jenkins or William Hebb...if so, you can obtain a copy of the woman's papers, which will have the documentation for her entries.
I have a book KING GEORGE COUNTY VIRGINIA 1720-1990, by Harris, and none of the people in your query are included...and, you didn't mention where you found the documentation for Jemima...birth...parents.....marriage info, etc. It's helpful to know the documentation someone used as it often is an indication of where to look.
