I can only help you with the ST Paul's Parish Glebe, and with that, only in a round about way. As I'm sure you know, a glebe is a home for the minister of a church + enough land to keep himself and family....so, it wouldn't be far from the church, which stands on a little knoll not far from Rt 301,where it crosses to Md...the nearest town is Dahlgren. I've visited the church and it's lovely, and still a 'working' church, so you could always call them and ask where the glebe was...hopefully someone would know.
