I am trying to determine where my Dennis Mullen resided in King George County 1791-1798. Below are records in which he was referenced. Can anyone identify the general area where he might have resided? My sense is that it may be in the Mathias Point area or directly below along the Potomac somewhere. I plan to ultimately plot deeds if I cannot figure out any other way, but it is so tedious and takes a lot of time locating the appropriate deeds. 16 May 1789: District of Charles Stuart be: Beginning at Boon’s new Tavern thence along the Road leading to Hooe’s Ferry to Roger’s Creek & down the said Creek to Washington’s Mill thence along the County line to Mattox Creek thence running on the line of district to the beginning.
