Yes, I will help when I can. I have few books on James City Co. I have nothing in them that helps you out. I even did some looking on the web but no luck.
Two items from book: 17th Century Isle of Wight Co VA by Boddie:

John Sweete 650 acres Nov 11, 1642. Adj. land of Mr. Cooper and Francis England for trans. 13 persons including himself and his wife, Alexandra and Joan Piland.

John Sweete 1540 acres Sept 26, 1643. Lying upon the East branch of the Blackwater adj. Francis England, Justinian Cooper and N. towards Capt. Pierce. Part by virtue of a former pat. for trans. of 18 persons , 10 remaining due inc. Robert Davis 3 times, Richard Haines 2 times and Katherine, his wife.
