Research in James City County VA town of Williamsburg.

Two libraries of great value in the Historical Williamsburg area are:

John D. Rockefeller, Jr. Research Library
located NE of old town on First Street. There are records of the House Histories in the historical area. These records were used in the restoration of the homes on the Duke of Gloucester Street in Colonial Williamsburg.

Williamsburg Public Library, located NW of old town on North Boundry Street.
