Sorry, I found nothing on Hatfield at all. There was the name Ellis and Callcote in this area though, but nothing in my books to be of help to you.

Only thing I found was a reference to the church you mentioned. This may give you an area at least.

Located in the Windsor District is Colosse Baptist Church located at Rhodes Drive at Collosse (note difference in spelling of church and its location) Rendezvous sunday School, organized by the Rev. John R. Watkins of Beaver Dam Church June 1864 was in a brush arbor with a school connected. This served many returned Confederate soldiers. On July 7, 1871, the church was organized with former members of Beaver Dam and BLACK CREEK churches. Large cemetery. sources: church history and county records. These records may give you clues to your Hatfield's.

Beaver Dam Baptist Church located on Carrsville Hwy. Church organized Feb 7, 1828 with pastor John Watkins, who also organized Colosse Baptist Church in 1871. The colored Baptist church in Carrsville was an outgrowth of Beaver Dam in 1879. Beaver Dam burned in 1976 but has been renovated. sources: church history and county records.

Ria :)
