The work for others on this site is my pleasure. I have felt frustrated in not finding much in the past year on IOW on the web, sooooo, I will share what I have in my books to help others who feel the same.

Book: 17th Century IOW

Hugh Campbell of Norfolk Co sells Owen Burn 200 acres on Blackwater to Richard Braswell's land. 19 Sept 1698 JEREMIAH ELLIS, Thomas Gross.

Nicholas Cobb sells to John Frizzell a parcel of land Adj. George Bell and Walter Johnson, 9 April 1674, which Frizzell assigns to Robert Burnell. Teste., John Smith, Wm. Sanderson, THOMAS ELLIS.

Viewers of Tobacco: from 1639-40. From Castle Creek to the Alps, William Lawson, Justinian Cooper, Henry King and WILLIAM ELLIS.

This is all I have but it is offered for the time period they lived plus the folks they lived near and the area where they lived.

Ria :)
WILLIAM ELLIS
