Cypress Creek and Cypress Swamp

Book: Historical Notes on IOW

Cypress Creek, flowing southward out of Pagan Creek was mentioned by name as early as 1657. The name was derived from the trees in the area.

Cypress Swamp, was first identified in 1640 when a grant on the main branch of Bay Creek called Cypress Swamp was made to James Roe.

I don't find a Cypress Mill reference in this book but it surely must have been a mill located on Cypress Creek.
