This is from a looong time ago.
In 2000, Ria Hendrix posted info. from a book called Historic Isle of Wight by Helen Haverty King, published 1983. If I understood the post correctly, there is a list of homes which have survived from colonial times.
One of the homes mentioned, Levy Neck, belonged to my possible ancestor, John Seward. I'd like to find out if I understood correctly, and if the Levy Neck home still exists.
