James CLARK b. bet. May 1752-May 1759 Pittsylvania Co., VA. He had at least 2 sons: Joseph CLARK b. 1776 & William CLARK b. 1778 Henry Co., VA.

William CLARK b. 1778 Henry Co., VA & d. 1850 Henry Co., VA. He m. Keziah ____ 1801 Henry Co., VA. She was b. 1780 MD & d. after 1860. They had 5 children that I am aware of: Boy b. abt. 1802; John B. CLARK b. Sept. 25, 1804; Girl b. abt. 1806; Girl b. abt. 1810; & Boy b. abt. 1812

John B. CLARK b. Sept. 25, 1804 Henry Co., VA & d. May 5, 1885 Ray Co., MO. He m. Henrietta CLARK (her maiden name as well) April 22, 1828 Campbell Co., TN. She was b. Dec. 27, 1809 Henry Co., VA & d. 1885 Ray Co., MO. Both are buried in Baker Cemetery - south of Kingston, Caldwell Co., MO -- on the Ray Co., side. They had 10 children: William Higgs CLARK b. Aug. 27, 1828; James Daniel CLARK b. April 6, 1831; Jane CLARK b. 1836; John Isaac CLARK b. 1838; Martha CLARK b. 1840; Thomas A. CLARK b. April 1, 1844; Willis CLARK b. Nov. 21, 1845; Nancy CLARK b. 1848; Jeremiah M. "Jerry Marr" CLARK b. Nov. 17, 1850; & George William (or Washington) CLARK b. May 23, 1854.

John B. CLARK was a farmer in VA until 1828. He & Henrietta CLARK moved to TN in 1830. They are on the 1840 Campbell Co., TN census; the Aug. 30, 1850 Campbell Co., TN census; after Campbell Co., TN they moved to Howard Co., IN. In 1855 they moved to Ray Co., MO. They are on the 1860 Ray Co., MO census.

My gr-gr-grandfather was Willis CLARK b. Nov. 21, 1845 Nashville, Davidson Co., TN & d. May 1, 1930 Caldwell Co., MO. He m. Isabella "Belle" COATS July 28, 1870 Kingston, Caldwell Co., MO. Both are buried in Highland Cemetery - Hamilton, Caldwell Co., MO - unmarked graves. They had 11 children: Ada Florence b. 1871; Augustus "Gus" Sidney b. 1873; Ira Freeman b. 1875; Henrietta "Etta" b. 1877; Sarah "Sallie" F. b. 1879; Perry Franklin "Frank" b. 1881; Robert David "Rob" b. 1884; Henry Wesley "Wes" b. 1885; Arthur Benton "Everett" b. 1888; Ethel Mae "Minnie" b. 1890; & Kathryn Florence b. 1892.

My gr-grandfather was Robert David "Rob" CLARK, Sr. b. Nov. 23, 1884 Polo, Caldwell Co., MO & d. May 19, 1982 Chillicothe, Livingston Co., MO. He m. Julia Mae CROUSE on May 8, 1908 Hamilton, Caldwell Co., MO. They had 11 children: Clarence Edward CLARK b. 1909; Eunice Lucille b. 1911; Glenn Austin b. 1913; Eva Bell b. 1915; Pearlie Berniece b. 1916; Edna Elizabeth b. 1918; Robert David b. 1921; John Willis b. 1923; Gurtha May "Dorothy / Dolly" b. 1925; Vester Lee b. 1926; & Winifred Eugene "Gene" b. 1931.

My grandfather was Clarence Edward CLARK b. June 17, 1909 Kingston, Caldwell Co., MO & d. Nov. 15, 1985 Fairfax, Atchison Co., MO. He m. Nellie Fae FULLER Aug. 20, 1935 Breckenridge, Caldwell Co., MO. He is buried in High Creek Cemetery near Watson, Atchison Co., MO. They had 8 children. My father, Walter Howard CLARK, was their 3rd child. He was b. Nov. 20, 1939 Breckenridge, Caldwell Co., MO & d. July 3, 1986 Westboro, Atchison Co., MO. Buried in High Creek Cemetery near Watson, Atchison Co., MO.
