Patrick Francis Duggan family living in Henrico County ca. 1900

I am searching for any anecdotal information related to the Patrick Francis Duggan family living in Henrico County from just before 1900 until his death in 1920. I have located vital records, newspaper accounts, etc...but I have no actual family information about this family - Patrick, known as P.F, was my great-grandfather, and I never knew any of them!! I should mention that sometimes the last name of Duggan was spelled Dugan and I do know that Patrick's sister, Julia Elizabeth, married into James Brown and their son, Patrick Henry Brown, was apparently well known in the Virginia area. P.F. was born in Kilkenny, Ireland in about 1820, but I have very little information about his parents. I believe his father came with him to America, but I can find no evidence of him once he arrived here.

Patrick's wife, Elizabeth Anne Lee, is purported to be connected to the Robert E. Lee family, but so far, I have found no connection. Her father was Andrew W. Lee and her mother was Mary C. Vickroy, descendent of Hugh Viccary.

I would appreciate any help!! The Henrico County Genealogy Society is of little help and I live on the other side of the country.

Susan
