Need help with Thomas Hilton and Beecham Hilton

Bought land on Terrible Creek, Pittsylvania County, VA and Halifax County.

I think the first Thomas Helton was from Holland and moved to England then to USA and was of Dutch-German ancestry

Page 34 - 1746 - Thomas Hilton 270 acres - Terrible Creek ( page 35 a John Hilton brought 200 acres both sides fork of Panther Creek, surveyed by Robert Walton).

1752 - Thomas Hilton, Debtor Prisoner, Jones exrs, judgment against Hilton for debts, no jail.

21 June 1752 Court at plantation of Richard Dudgeon (where Thomas Hilton now lives).

June Court 1752 Thomas Hilton plaintiff against John Young defendant...Deft. not to be found.

Magazine of Virginia Genealogy Vol 23, Nov 1985 #4 page 58. A trespass, assault & battery suit of Thomas Hilton vs David Haley is dismissed SAME against Thomas Finney is dismissed.

Mag of VA Gen. Vol #24 May 1986 # 2 page 39...In case of Peter Akin by Clement Read his attorney against Thomas Hilton, def. not found - Attachment against his estate awarded plt 500 Pounds and cost returnable to next court. Page 48 - Wed. 17 Oct 1753 - Halifax County Court House Justice James Terry, William Irby, Robert Wage, Hugh Moore--above not awarded--so an alias attachment against def estate awarded.

Mag of Va Gen Vol #25 #1: - Wednesday 21 Nov 1753 - Peter Akin against Thomas Hilton dismissed.

Attached List of Tyths in our Settlement on Dann River, Peters Creek, the Grat Creek Doble & Elk Creek, Snow Creek - John Deatherage: Heltons listed were: Thomas Helton, Abraham Helton, James Helton & Thomas Helton.

Our line has been DNA tested Native American. These men had a roll in our family but it is not clear what it was. Any help appreciated.
